    TRAINING IN COMPASSION AND RESILIENCE BOOK CLUB

    PREPARATION FOR THIS SESSION:
    In your daily life, observe your mind: notice judgements, reactions, and responses.
    Note any times you’ve been able to “Hold Space”.
    Practice sitting mindfulness and see what you discover about your mind.
    Read the Introduction to the book: pages ix to xx, which is background information on the author and training the mind.
