Private Meditation and/or Yoga Instruction
Private sessions are an effective way to deepen your practice, learn new poses, manage injuries, or practice your favorite poses. You may also wish to explore the transformational and calming benefits of meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, and/or breath work. Betsey creates a safe and nurturing environment in which to experience the sacredness of these practices. Each session is designed around your interests and needs.
