PREPARATIONS FOR THIS SESSION:
* Read pages 63-80, the chapter on Make Practice Your Whole Life; slogans 17 and 18
and practice with the slogans throughout the 2 weeks between our meetings
* Continue with regular mindfulness meditation practice
* Use mindfulness to observe yourself in daily life and practice “Holding Space” as often as possible. (If you want a refresher, the concept of “Holding Space” is presented In the first session in January; toward the beginning of the recording)
